Tier2 Dependent to Tier4

Post by Dilliwalah » Thu Dec 06, 2018 10:39 pm

Dear All

My husband is currently on T2G and i am on T2G Dependent. I want to study in UK Full time.
My question:

1. Can i start study on T2G Dependent full time?

2. If my husband has to leave job can i switch to Tier4 visa to continue my study?

3. Can my husband then switch to Tier4 dependent in UK?

Also if i am unable to complete by course in due time, what are the options for extension on Tier4 visa?

Thanks for your support.

1. Yes.

2. You can switch in country. You have to apply for entry clearance visa from home country.

3. Yes, if your course and visa permits dependents (they don't all allow it).

4. Not sure if you are asking about changing mid way to tier 4 or not, your question isn't clear. However, it depends on whether you can get a cas if partway through a course.
