UK tier2- ICT Visa holder switch to Ireland

Hello Experts,

Currently I am in UK with Tier-2 (ICT) visa. Can you please let me know if i want to switch my job to a Ireland based organization, then whether i will require sponsorship for Ireland job also (Similar to UK) or employee's offer letter will be enough to apply for work visa,

Kindly advice.

Yes you need a company to sponsor you as far as I am aware.
