Time to wait before applying for Skilled Worker Dependant Visa

Hi

I have been working in the UK for ~2 years on Skilled Worker (General Tier 2) Visa and I got married recently. I want to initiate the process of creating the dependant visa for my wife but she plans to travel to UK by Dec 2023-Jan 2024. Does dependant visa application have a time restriction on the number of months before the date of travel? If my wife plans to travel 6-7 months later, can I create and submit the visa application now or can I only do it 3 months before date of travel?

You can apply no sooner than within 3 months before the intended date of travel to the UK.

If the visa is approved, the initial visa vignette will be valid for 90 days to facilitate travelling to the UK to collect the BRP card.
