Appeal Allowed but been sent back to HO to recosideration

all dear members please advise as my appeal was allowed by FTT judge but been sent back to HO for reconsideration by saying that HO made error of law . about 2 weeks ago and i have not received any correspondence yet from HO. i am worried and thinking what gonna happen next please write back if any body is into it or guide what should i do?

It is entirely a new story for me that on one side FTT judge allowed the appeal and sent to HO for reconsideration as well.What about appeal fee,have you receive fee back from HO?

Hi my appeal been withdrwan by HO and then HO sent me letter that we will send you new discsion shortly and now 4 month passed still waiting my solicitor sent them 2 letters about update but no responce i did call twice but same ans in process

So dont wory u will get possitive responce.

Yes they have reimbursed my fee but still waiting for further case decision

I am currently in the same situation as yours, appeal allowed but send to HO for reconsideration. I guess this is the standard way to do it if the decision has been made wrongly by them in the first place.
I pray it will be a positive outcome and the waiting period will not be too long.

When was your appeal allowed and how long you reckon it's gonna be?
And what you say it is moving toward positive outcome or could go anywhere .

Dear all I got permission for UT but i am worried what is going to happen.what I need to do? How it will work out.
also I will appriciate if some one guide me what if they will refuse what gonna happen next I will really appriciate your comments

Appeal adjou and sent for reconcedration

After 8 month on 28th july 2015 refused on same grounds. Even i submit all docu proof but same refusal even after 8th month they even didnt consider my documents. But got right of appeal and going to appeal again

my appeal was allowed on 22nd of April and part of it was sent back to HO for reconsideration as judge said that HO made error of law since that time decision was challenged by HO but got no correspondence from HO neither they demonded any further documentation could you please guide me how it's gonna work out.
what you reckon how long it's gonna be or what could be the posibility

Was Home Office granted permission then it would have gone to an appeal .
