VAF4A - Spouse Visa Help

Hi,

Background:
I am currently on ILR visa (and i am Contractor with Ltd company). I am applying for spouse visa(family settlement) from India for my partner.

For meeting financial requirement. In the VAF4A appendix section 3.3 which option should I select. also in section 3.10 should i fill in the limited company details?

Please advice and help.

It would help if you mentioned what section 3.3 and 3.10 relates to....

Section 3 refers to income....the confusion is ...I am ltd company contractor and not sure to fill the form as salaried income or self employment. please advice.

Are you employed by a company or are you self employed...this will determine which category you will need to apply under.

Most people that are employed by a business or company, normally apply under Cat A and B and self employed people under Cat F & G

8.1 Are you exempt from the English language requirement? Put a cross (x) in the relevant box

8.2 Please provide details of how you meet the English language requirement.

My spouse has master's degree and Naric english language assesment letter.

In 8.1sections (which has yes/no option) should i mark no and provide details in 8.2 or should i mark yes and provide details in 8.2

Please advice on what to fill in section 8.1 of VAF4a.

Well i must say that u must read the guidance notes first before filling the application form. It clearly answers your questions.

Well YES u r exempted and u have to write it down why. so write it the same line u posted
"has master's degree and Naric english language assessment letter."
And provide ur degree plus naric letter with ur application pack.
