Bank Statement to show the transaction

Dear Members,
I invested 200k as a directors loan, I have online copies of bank statement, personal and business to show the transaction, I have set online statements when I used online service, so it is not original, it is copies from online.
Is this acceptable, Does HO accept it?

Dear Members,

I employeed two employees on 20/1/2016 , one of them wants to leave this month. Can I employee another one in the same role for the remaider period. I will not count the gap.

Online copies of bank statements will not be acceptable, unless stamped by the bank.

The online bank statement is from HSBC, they do not accept to sign, initial it. They said it is a legal.
And I did not read such that in the guidance that they request an original statement. They just want us to show that we transferred the funds from personat to business account.

It has not been sent to my email, I printed it when I logged in my online banking. It shows my account number, the sort code and the transaction value and all details show the loan. There is a legal agreement, annual accounts show it as well.

UKVI official guidance on validity of financial evidence:
Bank statements
 must cover a consecutive 28 days,
 ending no more than 31 days before the date of your application. Statements must include your:
o name
o account number
o date of the statement
o financial institution’s name and logo
 statements from online accounts must have the official stamp of the bank on every page or a
supporting letter from the bank confirming the statements are genuine.

Dear Casa,
I appreciate your answer. I think that requirements are for initial application to show the required funds. It is a main document to show as original.
But what I want to know is : the statements I have can show the transactions and there are annual accounts can support it, letter from accountant and the legal agreement. HO can verfy checks because it is inside the UK. There is no one in HSBC can give you a reason why they do not stamp, even Barclays. They said that HO can call us to verify.

All the statements you send must be original. Printed/digital prints must be stamped by the bank. HO requires exact documents in the format they asked as they will NOT infer any information from alternative documentation or sources.
HSBC prints original statements for you and send them through post if requested (give them a call)

Do we need to submit ALL pages of the Business Account and/or Personal Account, or just the relevant pages that shows the different transactions?
