Tier 2 Funds

Dear members,

I am planning to apply for tier 2 visa from within UK, i will soon get an unconditional offer (hopefully). I wanted to know if I could use a joint account at an bank in India (valid bank according to UK rules) to show money for my tier 2 application as my employer has a policy not to certify funds for the first month of leave.

Your help will be much appreciated as this is urgent.

Joint Account with my Father in India. Please let me know if this is possible.

I am not an expert, but I remember when I first applied for tier 4 student visa. I prove my finance on my daddy's joint account.

It was fine then, I'm talking about 8 years ago.
Since then my company certify my maintenance so Idont need to provide bank statement.

Please correct me if I'm wrong

Thanks Jhonnydep! but my prospective employer has decided not to certify funds for me. it is their choice. Thanks anyways!
