Help and guide me please

I don’t no. How do i start but anyways i married to latvian girl in 2014. We been together till 2018. I got my stamp 4 letter in 2014 sep but got stamp 4 on my passport on jan 2015.
The question is i had a affair with a lady she lives here in ireland and she is doctor in the state but not doing any job. Because she is asylum seeker.
I have a baby with here which 5 months old.
My wife get to all this matter in May 2018. We have massive issues and she left the country and went to her mother. I tried alot to convince her but i am unable to reach her.
The problem is that my girl said me please just i want right for my baby. Because i was on stamp 4 i applied for baby passport but my girl friend address. INIS reach me and asked many questions like you are married to someone else and blabla
I cleared them all with my 4 years evidences and everything. They gave me one month time to send all proof of address. My solicitor did negligence and he sent all documents late. INIS cancel my stamp and revoke my visa. Then i explained everything that they got my documents late due to my solicitor reason
INIS said to fill up EU 5 retention form and send us back.
They put me in review and gave me 1 year visa again on temperory basis.
Problem is that i went to garda station in county side they took my photos and everything and said me come after two weeks to collect garda and officer will stamp my passport.
In between that i had argue with my solicitor why you sent my documents late. That time i didnt receive my visa.
Now solicitor is blackmailing me give me this money that money i am very badly stuck
And they are not doing anything.
If i change my solicitor can they harm my application. Or anything bad to application.
baby passport is still on hold from last 4 months.
When i can receive my baby passport because passport office said, they sent verification to INIS for my stay legally reside in ireland 3 years. Which i did, but INIS is not replying for my verification till now for baby passport
What is the best solution?

Unfortunately and this is a main reason why so many people are getting late approval regarding citizenship application (Eastern Europe / India etc.). I know that Eastern Europe people are not open towards different cultures etc, specially as they are very closed in their communities so I think even Irish are suspicious with right mind as Im part polish so I know this and how is going in the East but money can buy anything even a marriage.

I believe first you will need to clear that your Stamp4 permission was valid or Not. for that you will need to apply for EU5.. Now Question are you done with your divorce?? if not then you can't apply for ROR EU5 technically.. if you will still try they will refuse your EU5 application as its mentioned on INIS site, divorce is kinda mandatory.

its not just rights for baby.. If baby get passport you and baby mama will automatically entitled to get permission.
