Dear All,

Can someone who have experience uploading documents in Sopra Steria/UKVCAS website help me with the following questions?
1) Is there a limitation on the size of documents (PDF/JPG) that can be uploaded?
2) Can individual pages in a Passport be collated and uploaded as one PDF document or is it better to upload one PDF per page?
3) Is it necessary to scan the unused pages of the Passport?

2) Can individual pages in a Passport be collated and uploaded as one PDF document or is it better to upload one PDF per page? Why not use your scanner software to compile a multi page pdf document, it's easy to do.
3) Is it necessary to scan the unused pages of the Passport? Yes, just in case.

I found out about the 6MB limit only after scanning entire passports at 11MB ish - then had to use some size reducing software. Le sigh.

Thanks for the response. My wife managed to book an appointment in Croydon for 3-Jan and we uploaded all the necessary documentation. Also, appreciate your post where you shared your experience in Croydon. It is quite informative.

Can you share your feedback as to how you managed to scan the following:

1) How did you manage to merge your passport photos into 1 document?

2) for your bank statements and cohabitation documents did you scan every page and again merge into 1?

ref 2): bank statement and cohabitation (?) documents are not required for naturalisation ....

I have used 600dpi to passport page that matters and 200dpi on other pages - file was just under 6MB.

I am unable to download the documents after upload - I can remove them though
