Tier 4 Student Visa Curtailment Risk Impact to 10 Years Long Residence

Post by shanith » Sun Mar 03, 2019 11:13 am

Hi
Currently, I am doing an MBA degree with work placement.
As per my CAS document course details as below.
Course Start Date: 2018-01-15
Course End Date: 2020-01-31 ---> Dissertation Submition Date
Results Release Date: 2020-03-31

I got a visa until 2020-05-31, and it means I got an extra four months even after I submit my dissertation. My university results will be released on 2020-03-31. May I know is there any possibility that I can get visa curtailment even I complete my course on exact finish date (2020-01-31) as I am closing to 10 years long residency?

If my visa not curtails, I have stayed in the UK for nearly ten years. So can I applied for ILR - 10 Years Long Residence?
My UK visa history as below, I have always applied for my visa before expired
Visa Granted Date - 2010-05-15
Enter Date for the UK: 2010-06-04
Tier 4 General Studnet Visa until 2010-11-10 - Top up BSc
Tier 4 General Studnet Visa until 2012-03-01 - Master
Tier 1 Post Study Visa until 2014-05-15
Tier 2 General Visa until 2017-05-25
Tier2 Work Visa Extention - Applied on 2017-05-20 ( waiting for decision)
Informed Tier 2 company licence revoked on 2018-01-05
Applied & Given Biomatrix for Tier 4 Student Visa on 2018-01-16
Tier 2 Work visa refused due to revoked company licence by the home office due to company compliance issues and sent refuse the letter dated on 2018-01-23
Tier 4 Student Visa Until Received until 2020-05-31

Please advise me about my options to get ILR in the UK.

Thank you very much!
