MN1 Form - Only possible to apply online?

Hello,
I tried searching for the MN1 form so that I could download it and fill it out. However, the gov page below only allows to apply online:

Is there still a way to apply by post? If so, could anyone provide a link to the gov page where I could download this form.

You need to apply online.

Why don't you want to use the new UKCVAS service so that you keep hold of your original documents??
