Naturalisation - Proving you were physically present

Post by Coraldsilva » Wed May 01, 2019 7:42 am

Hello. I am sure this has been asked before, but how do you "prove" to the HO that you are were physically present in the UK 3 or 5 years prior to your application date? Many thanks

Dear CR001, what about family members of EU , since the passports dont get stamped, would letter from employer , P60s be sufficient or should there be more documents included? many thanks

You should ask your question in your own topic you already have to avoid creating confusion as there are different requirements for those on the EEA/EU route.

british-citizenship/previous-illegal-en ... l#p1712778

The OP in this topic is previously on a work permit visa and holds ILR under the UK immigration rules, so not similar circumstances at all.
