Pbs extension cohabitation

Fisrt off many thanks for the sites moderators and active forum members. I have been using it for some time,during various stages of journey in reaching my ILR.

I am currently on ILR, via tier general route, my wife is on a tier 2 dependant visa and now her visa is due for an extension. We are applying using a tier 2 pbs extension application.

We have no documents to prove cohabitation with our joint names on any, instead we both have the following addressed to us seperately to the same address.

Bank statements of both of us covering last 2 years.
Driving license (hers being very recent)
NI letter
My Credit card statements last 2 yrs
Utility bills one on her names and water bill on my name, covering 18 months
Nhs letters correspondence on her name..
Marriage certificate indian ..certifying in english.
Tv license emails...etc..
Payslips...pdf for last 4 months of both of us...dnt have any before that...as she didnt had any job

Our rental agreement was on my name only and it expired, now on a rolling contract.

Will the above docs suffice as proof of cohabitation to support this application, please advise. Thank you.

Should be fine. Note that you do not need the full 2 years evidence. It needs to be between 3 and 6 different sourced, spread evenly per item for every 3 to 4 months.

I had got my wife's visa Tier 2 visa extended without any cohabation documents. I just had submitted only our marraige certificate.

Hi Guys,

I have received a letter from UKVI approving my wifes extension, a BRP card is to be followed.

To get a sense of timelines, may be this is one of a 90th percentile case,

Initial application date was 25th Oct,
Bio metrics given on the 31st Oct at Croydon UKVCAS,
Letter rxd today dated 11th Nov.

Is Mr XXXXX work in a shortage occupation?
What is the length of Mr XXXX Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)?
