ILR Application for my Husband

ILR Application for my Husband

Hello all,

Thanks for all the support this forum has provided me from my Tier 1 extension to ILR/British citizenship.
My husband arrived to UK on 30th Dec 2014 in spouse Visa ( I had ILR for his first spouse visa) so he is eligible to apply to apply from 2nd Dec 2019. For his second extension I have British Citizenship in 2017.

Please could you confirm whether I am selecting the right application and supporting documents. I know this has been asked and answered few times, but couldn't risk hence posting the question

General Documents
Covering Letter from Applicant
SET M
Photographs

Applicant’s and Sponsor’s Identification

Applicant’s Passport (Original – both current and Previous)
LIFE IN THE UK
Sponsor’s Passport
IELTS - Report (Original)
University Certificates
NARIC Certificate
Biometric Residence permit

Original Marriage Certificate
Son Birth Certificate

Accomodation
House Land Registry in my name

Financial Security and Income

Mine and My husband Bank statements – 12 months (Original)
My Payslips – 12 months (HR Attested)
My Employers Certificate
My P60 – Last 2 year
Husband Payslip (6 months)

Cohabition
Dec 17 Utility Bill Joint Name (Electricity)
Mar 18 Council tax joint name
Sep 18 Utility Bill (Same provider as Dec 17)
Dec 18 Water Bill
Mar 19 Council Tax
Jul 19 Utility Bill (EDF)
Nov 19 NHS letter (separate)

Does this all ok anything else I missed, Many thanks in advance for answering the query.

SET M Not required, it is an online form and you don't have to print it and send the printed copy. It is submitted to HO electronically.

Husband Payslip (6 months) Note you only need to provide evidence of ONE spouse if one meets the financial requirement and you only need 6 months evidence.

Hi due to my sons health I might need to go to home country does my husband need my original passport when he goes for the biometric appointment ? Or just a scanned copy is enough when we submit? Thank you

No. Ur not applying.
Physical documents are no longer posted to HO. Take a picture of ur passport and upload it to UKVCAS account. Sopra should have no problem with it either way. HO can easily confirm ur details in their records and if they still have issue can request you to send it.. I’m sure you can figure something out at that point if it ever comes to it.

Hi when filling the application it asks for

Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain.

this doesnt have british citizen Tier 1 general etc which one to select?

What options are you given?? It is settlement family route or something along those lines on form SET(M).

What you state is not even relevant, i.e. tier 1 general as your spouse got a spouse settlement visa AFTER you got ILR.

sorry also iy says copy of sponsor passport with all blank pages? do i need to scan full passport pages?

Hi all, I am planning to submit the application one more question please.

Regarding the property where we live, the house is in my name, what should my husband answer about whether you own the property, Rent, Neither rent or own?
If I say Own and then provide my Land registry and Mortgage agreement will that be sufficient?

Please kindly let know online copy/print out are ok for Utility Bills and Credit card statements?
The main bank statements are posted, other are only online (this is for cohabition) Thank you

You do realise ur uploading docs? Not physically presenting them.
Photographs? Sopra takes care of that.
