Flrm extension wife British passport expired

I have an flrm 2 extension coming up next month my wife British
Passport expired a week ago unfortunately there is an
Industrial strike which is effecting the passport office
And there is no appointment available even for premium
Service
Can i submit my application for further leave to remain
With her expired British passport as I want to book a 5 day fast track visa service
Kindly someone shed a light on this matter

Her British citizenship did not expire with the passport(which is a travel document), so yes you can go ahead and apply.

5 day priority service is not available for FLR M applications. You only have the choice of standard service or super priority (£800 extra) if super priority is available when you apply

And regarding the 5 day visa service it was priority service
To get a decision within 5 working days
If you’re eligible you can choose the ‘priority service’ when you apply. You’ll need to pay £500 in addition to the application fee.
Can yu shed light on both matters as it’s very important and we’re very tensed

You ha e already been give advice about rhe passport. Nothing I can add

Only certain visas are legible for the 5 day priority. FLR M is NOT one of them. What you have quoted very clearly says "IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE". You are not eligible.
