Request for Advice- on skilled worker visa but need new COS from a potential employer

Dear professionals

I came into UK on skilled worker visa through my current employer’s COS for a IT Transformation programme. The company is potentially looking to close COS and and send me back to India. I have valid skilled worker visa till July 2025 but I need a new employer who can sponsor COS.

Also, appreciate if some one can advise alternate visa options or processes.

I am working as Director, Program management for large IT , Change & business transformation and come with 25 years of experience.

You will need to go through the official UKVI Sponsor list to find a sponsor.

There is only the Global Talent Visa, if you qualify and can get endorsement and endorsement has to be maintained to hold the visa. If endorsement is withdrawn, your visa will be cancelled. There is no general work type visa where you do not need a sponsor or endorsement.

There is a Health and Care Visa but that doesn't apply to your skill set.
