Tier 2 Worker ILR & Dependednt 18 Extension

Dear All

When main applicant complete 5 years on Tier 2 skilled visa and becomes eligible to apply for ILR what happens to the dependents who are over 18 NOW.

Will they be eligible to automatically apply for ILR as well?

They qualify for ilr when the other dependent parent qualifies for ilr, provided rhe children are not leading an independent life.
