Travel to home country with ilr LR but some time spent as refugee

Hi All. I have a question. I have ILR Based on long residence but I have spent 2 previous years in the UK as a refugee. Is it ok for me to travel to my home country? I have also changed my name officially.
If I do,shall I expect trouble on my return?
And will it be an issue for naturalisation?
