Yes, from the Stupid and obviously your return records with UKVI directly. How do they know that you leave the country? Do they get this information from the Stupid or border security?
Yes.Would I be foolish to risk it?
Yes, possible. Is it possible I might get a decision within the next week
Probably not.or should I not get my hopes up?
By 'in person' do you mean UKCVAS new service or the old Premium Service Centre same day decision service??I submitted my application for ILR a little over 4 months ago. My in-person appointment was a couple weeks after that. Everything went smoothly.

Given the advice, I think you still want to try and see if its withdrawn. Let us know how it goes alsohyperborea wrote: ↑Tue Apr 16, 2019 5:07 pmFollowing up on this.
Does anyone know of any case where someone's ILR application has been withdrawn due to traveling outside the UK common travel area?
I still have a value BRP so I wouldn't be refused entry into the UK.
