Dependent Visa Issue

Hi,

I just got my ILR a week back, my wife is still on Tier 2 dependent visa (she got her dependent visa last year).

Now I have been made redundant from my job and my last day will be next week.

Can my Wife still continue to be on the dependent visa or do I need to apply for ILR dependent visa for her ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Her visa is dependent on you, not your employer. You have ilr, who you work for now doesn't matter and has no effect on dependent visa.
