Resignation during Tier 2 Intra-company transfer visa UK

Hi,

I'm currently in Tier-2 Intra company transfer visa with TCS and if I resign in UK will I be able to serve the 3 months notice period in UK or will I have to leave UK immediately to serve notice period in India.

Not an immigration issue. This is wholly dependent on your terms of employment and your employer.

please check your depuation letter which you should have got when you came to UK on ICT visa. You need to service notice period accourding to that. usually its 1 month notice period and not 3 month , better to check with your HR as well.

Not a immigration related query.

Entirely dependent on your project. If your project demands you to be in UK for next 3 months then you can serve notice in UK and walk free at the end. By the way why do you resign?
