Skilled worker visa holder working parttime (remote job)

Hi friends,

I understand that as a Skilled worker visa holder I can take up a part-time job in the same field, upto 20hrs per week. Does it make any difference if the employer is abroad and I am working remotely for them?

I am working as a software engineer and my CoS is for a Senior Software Engineer job. Recently I got a part time job offer from a US company to work remotely 10 to 20 hours a week. If I accept it, does it break any of the Skilled Worker/Tier 2 visa conditions?
