terminated employee

Hi ,
Just need information about that if an employee is terminated which was working on Tier 2 Skill worker visa in UK, how much time he can live in the UK and find another employer to sponsor CoS, can any one please guide what actions should be taken since contract is end.

Depends how long their visa is still valid for and how long a curtailment letter takes to get sent out

Allright it means that employer will share the details of staff to the home office and they will sent the curtailment letter

The employer has an obligation to inform ukvi, within 10 days after the employees last working day, that they are no longer sponsoring the employee and the employee has left the sponsors employment.

Whether a curtailment letter is issued depends on how long the visa is still valid for and if ukvi have the correct home address and contact details for the employee.
