Visa switch for child born outside UK, stayed in UK for 7 year with 1 parent having ILR

Hi,
I am sorry but not able to find any forum with this query as mostly everyone want to know about ILR. So if a similar question exist then pls feel free to move it.

Can we apply for Private life visa for child under condition:

Mother: ILR granted on 5 year T2 G route just now.
Child :
Born outside UK in 2013
Came to UK in 2014 as 1 year old
Stayed without any 20-30 days of absent in total within a year
Studying here since beginning, is on valid visa till now.
Have completed 9 years so far continuously
Father : Still on PBS dependent visa to spouse T2 G

You were already given advice last year when you asked that your child does NOT qualify for ILR on the private life route.
