Can I move my existing business to UK under Tier 1 Visa?

I have an existing business SaaS mostly run online.

Less than 6 months old.

Can I apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa to move my business to the UK/open an office there or does it have to be a new business registered in the UK only?


Please advice what requirements need to be met.
