Hello Everyone,

I have question please if someone can help me with:

My (T1 200k) investment done over 350k so far and I am running a restaurant as we are affected by COVID-19 situation.

We are eligible for The Bounce Back Loan Scheme (BBLS) through our bank. is this support or say Loan will affect my visa status, (public funds)?

this is a very curtail part even though technically it wouldn't impact your extension application but Home office during scrutinizing may ask you the source of funds of your investment if you have enough evidence available for your investment then you are okay

@ Mohamed, just so I can understand for my own curiosity, you are on the Tier 1, £200k route, and have a restaurant, your revenue was £350k or you've spent an additional £150k and have ended up spending £350k instead of £200k?
