Bio-metric done at Post Office: 27 December 2018
Complex Letter: Received on Jan 2018
Interview: Interview March 2018
Contacted MP: April 2018 (H.O replied in May 2018 to MP- General letter for Complex issue)
Further Documents(since Dec 2017 to Aug 2019)requested by H.O : August 2019 (Documents sent within time-frame)
Approval Letter with passport : Received Team member (1) and Team Member (2) myself on 16 December 2019
Time taken for Team member (1) : 30 months
Time taken for Team member (2) : 24 months

IHS Partial Refund £200: No refund yet
BRP Received Team member (1) : received on 20/12/2019.
BRP Received Team member (2) : Awaiting..

I hope and pray that everyone can get their decisions way quick (at least on standard timeline set by HO) not like our's painful and stressful Timeline.

T1E extension, 50K, three years ago transferred from T1GE.
Application online submitted: 6 Dec 2019
Appointment @UKVCAS & Biometric taken on 7 Jan 2020
Interview: None
BRP issued on 14 Jan 2020, received on 22 Jan 2020.
HO letter: expecting.
It took them one week to make a decision. I'll post some details in my thread.

I just want to share my timeline:

Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa (Ext) 200K Route:

Application Submitted online: 10 Feb 2020
Biometrics Done: 12 Feb 2020 (7pm Glasgow)
Application Approved: 14 Feb 2020. (Email rec from HO regarding desicion)

It only took 1 day for the application approval. Cant believe it only took 1 day. Readinf From this forum post i was thinking it will take long time but Thank God it was very quick...

JUN 2020 :: online application and payment done
30th JUL 2020 :: all documents uploaded
3rd Aug 2020:: confirmation of Biometric reuse
7th Sep2020:: Invitation to use the IDV app..Done
20th OCT 2020: Approval email received. 4:40PM

BRP: waiting ( in 7 days)

Refused again: Dec 2019

HO Said there were conditions in funds availability.
2nd AR applied: Jan 2020 (with new supporting document from VC, VC agreed to take down the draw down conditions)

Passport came back, as it is to VFS, no visa, no refusal: Jan 2020
