is it possible to set up a limited company (sole director/ worker) with 200k initial investment...so show 200k initial investment and then work as contractor as through own limited company...

You cannot contract ona tier 1 ent.

It still won't solve the problem you have of overstaying 2 months after your previous leave was curtailed.

what are the requirements for the financial documents from a friend who is willing to make investment of
200 k in the business. would they have to provide:

* affidavit to declare that they are authorising the candidate to invest the money.
* their bank statements covering a specific period (year etc.)

* can two people converge their money say 100k each to the applicant...

* does the scheme close on 29th March or 6th April...
