Tier1 extension

Hi
I had Tier 1, failed in getting extension because i couldent employ two British .i left UK in August 2018.
I have innovated company manufacturing laboratory kits i invested more than £300,000, now it is close
how can i sort it?
can i re open it as a new innovated business? how?
can i stay as director
can i stay as share holder?
looking for your kind advice

You can stay a director/shareholder. You should try the innovator route but you require endorsement

Hi
The company I have in UK formed in 2009 , ie before ten years, we have products holding its name and logo, we have two websites and customers so the name is important for us so I like to have same company or at lest same name. .
