Immigration Advisor before submitting for Stage 1

I am going to submit my application documents to the Home Office for Stage 1 review.

In a part of the GOV.UK website, a list of the Immigration Adviser are provided. I talked to several of the companies and they encouraged me to pay them lot's of money to provide me some advising services.

I am wondering if it is necessary to submit a good application or not.

Please share with me your experiences if you faced such these cases?

While the application can be done without an advisor, my personal experience has been that an advisor helps in making the documents more focussed and specific and ensure that all required components as per the visa guidance are addressed
