Need to understand 25 Working Day Principal

Hi All,

When one receives an email from Home Office stating that your application has been referred to Tech Nation and one needs to wait patiently for 25 working days (without fast track applicant) then do we need to count Saturday as working day or not?

This question may sound silly but I need to understand the working days principal.

Saturday is NOT a 'working day'.
