Hello,
I have recently moved from Tier 2 ICT to Global Talent Visa.
Presently, I am not changing the job and continuing with the same employer. Hence, having a query from the existing employment contract perspective.
Will it be fine to continue on the existing employment contract (when deputed on ICT visa a couple of years back) or do I need to get into a new local employment contract due to change in visa?
If I continue on the existing deputation employment contract, will it be any issue later with ILR process?
Please if Moderator / Experts / other members gone through this process can advise on this.
