Switching from ICT to GTV – Employment Contract

Hello,

I have recently moved from Tier 2 ICT to Global Talent Visa.

Presently, I am not changing the job and continuing with the same employer. Hence, having a query from the existing employment contract perspective.

Will it be fine to continue on the existing employment contract (when deputed on ICT visa a couple of years back) or do I need to get into a new local employment contract due to change in visa?

If I continue on the existing deputation employment contract, will it be any issue later with ILR process?

Please if Moderator / Experts / other members gone through this process can advise on this.

This is not an immigration related issue. It is an employment issue. Speak to her, who you have presumably informed and provided of your new brp and visa status.

THe GTV does not require you to have a new employment contract.
