My appeal was allowed on September 30 ,2009.

After how much time I will receive the tribunal decision in writing (determination)?

What are the chances that UK Border Agency may ask the tribunal to reconsider the decision and what if it does

Waheed
If you have not received the AIT determination yet, how did you know that your appeal has been successful ?

I don't think that AIT delays much in sending the concerned documents. So you should get the documents within 4 weeks.
Chances of UKBA are very low because they are given only 5 or 10 days to appeal against the decision which they usually don't do esp. in paper hearing cases. Still we have to pray for ourselves.

What if it does .... can't say anything. AIT will review, if all is OK, it stands to its decision. If there is error in law made by the judge, then only AIT reverts its decision.

Still, chances are low as I said UKBA worldwide is very busy nowadays from quite some time.

Good luck.

Thanks brother scholarshk for the reply,

I called the AIT Office to know the decision of my appeal , anyhow I have received the determination and its written, if the appellant is outside UK the the time to go for review is 28 days for either of the parties and only in case of error of law.

Whats comes under error of law?

Suppose I don't hear from AIT or BHC till November 1,2009 (one month after my appeal allowed means that the appeal allowed accepted and UKBA don't go in review)

When I will be receiving the call letter from BHC and what will be written in it , what I have to take along with my passports.

When should I go for the TB screening test?

Is is better to do IELTS in Paksitan?

Any suggestions/help / your personal experience will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

I was just wondering that When so Ever BHC will return my passport and I'll reach UK (InshAllah), what will happen when I will re-apply after 3 years ! (as my case is of HSMP).

UKBA has wasted 2 years of my life in the appeal process and the countdown has'nt stopped yet. I applied as under 28 in HSMP, I qualified. But now I wonder if I'll qualify for the Tier 1 FLR or not as I won't get the points which I could have got for 30 years of age IF those -**- toooot (censored) -****- had'nt refused my visa and 1st appeal attempt.

May be someone in the forum can give me a legal advice.

Regards,

Have'nt planned travel yet.

Job market for my field i.e Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance is good as Pharma companies always have good business coz there is no time when people don't get sick.

Can I get the Qualification points ?

Post by yarsalanpk » Tue Dec 29, 2009 5:49 pm

Hi All, Couple of months ago or you can say an year ago I had checked my eligibility on UK home office website ( http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/pointscalculator ) through points based calculator that I qualify points (I think 30) for my 4 years bachelors degree in computer engineer from sir syed university of engineering & technology. But now the points based calculator available on the same website is not giving me any points (zero points) for my qualifications. It seems to me that on pakistani graudation we dont get points any more. I need to confirm that, is the policy of points has changed for pakistani qualifications or it is an error with the system and pakistani qualifications are still valid? I would be grateful if you can reply with evidence or mature resource. Thanks

i need immediate help m in jeopardy:

my husband went to submit pp but they returned him sayin they cannot accept 36450/- fee as for dependent its 94000 whereas i had sent my hsmp original approval letter and he even showed that but they didn accept it n he has come back wihtout submitting pp what to do???? m sooo upset>? i had sent UK home office printouts where it clearly says that depedent will pay same fee as the main applicant i applied under hsmp transitional arrangement ..
plz tell me how to go about it now?? how to convince them

he is going to Gerrys Karachi on monday again:.
1. I filed application for HSMP before 28 February 2008
2. Received HSMP approval letter in April 2008
3. Submitted passport for Visa in Sept 2008 under transitional arrangement and paid Rs30,00o which was reduced fee n even got automatic award of the necessary points for attributes and English language as per UK home office
4. Received my passport in Feb 2009 with tier1 visa

Can i please get this confusion resolved by Sunday night as he has to go on monday again to gerrys
