PBS Dep Extendion - Husband on ILR

Hello,

I am a dependent on my husband who has an ILR. I currently possess the PBS dependent leave to remain Bio metric card which is due to expiry in Jan 2018. He acquired the ILR through 5 years route. Now while preparing the documents for my application I have been notified that I will need to give an evidence of English language proficiency document. I have a Masters degree from India and have completed my bachelors and masters in English medium. Can I not provide them? or should I need to go through the NARIC in UK to get the English assessment authorized document? Please do suggest.

Who 'advised' you that you need to meet the English requirement for a PBS Dependent extension???
