PBS Dependant Query - Tier 1 (General)

Thanks for your help guys! thanks to you, my ILR application was successful.

I havwe a question on behalf of my wife. I got my Tier 1 (General) on October 05, 2011 and got my ILR on September 9, 2016. My Tier 1 (General) visa was due to expire on October 05, 2016. My wife joined me in Uk on May 10, 2013 on Tier Dependant visa. I wanted to check should she apply as a PBS dependant?

Also, if yes, should she pay to get the IHS reference number.

Lastly, for sponsorship, we need to help with a maintenance fund of £630. Do you know the tenure for which we need to show this maintenance fund? - Is it 3 months or 6 months or more?

Yes, she has to pay the immigration health surcharge before she can submit.
