If she applies for ILR dependent visa, her clock for ILR will be reset to zero and a NEW 5 year residence period (2 x 2.5 year visas).so despite me being a British citizen she still has to apply as a dependent of a tier 1 visa holder and not British citizen dependent.
Tier 1 General Dependent form as I have already stated. No earnings requirement. Fees are £1806 postal plus she has to pay £600 Immigration Health Surcharge. Fees go up in April.maintenance funds requirement is 630 thanks but which form to use and what fees am i looking at also do i have to fulfill any earning criterion or being economic active is good enough
