Tier1 dependant form Question A.25-Main applicantfull name

Hi,

I have filled all the section of tier1 depndant form for my wife and in the question A.25 "Main applicant's full name" I have specified my name.For filling form for children also I think I have to mention my name as main applicant name even though my wife go to PEO and kids as her dependant child.

As I already got ILR the application is only for wife and children.

Please help me if i fill my name as main applicant is that ok?

Have you entered your details or Child details?
