One thing more i read my refusal 2-3 times but i can't fine any ban.

On dat, they tell me if I want to apply for new application then I have to pay fee but at the end they said I need visa to apply any new application.

My visa already run out so that page is not important for me.

I read all the forums and I am sure one thing that NO one sure what to do???

Everyone try to scare other people.

Now we get refusal and legal advisor get chance to earn money. Every one say its very good chance to win appeal but no one telllll how???

I advice to all CCl students, if they will go for appeal. please ask their legal advisor how they win the appeal. They just want to earn more money.

When I ask this question to them then they said they will fight in court that their documents are correct.

I know they can't win on this point. All my friend please be aware and don't go for appeal if they want to fight in court on this base.

PLEASE FIND some thing else to stand in court.

HO will say that was mistake. we din't verify any doc but we can't continue this mistake. this is the reason we refuse every one

today my friend get refusal on same ground but there was one year ban bcz of deception

Any one know how long it will take to get court date??

well basically HO said that the documents you provided were not genuine and secoundly they say that ccl never offered any legitimate course of PGD IT or PGD BM or anything like they never taught anyone these courses so if a person has applied on the basis of these courses is not eligible to get a psw visa aand can leave the country now or make an appeal against the decision .....
This is it sunshine if you want to make an appeal can you justify or prove that ccl really offered that course if you prove this than there is nothing else to prove you will get the visa 100%....
You have only 5 to 10 days to make an appeal other wise i dont know how long you can stay here i heard 28days which maybe right if anyone knows can tell us ....
so this is it if you want to appeal you have to prove they offered PGD courses so thats all folks any info from your advisor please share bcoz a frnd of mine got refused today on same basis i told you so nothing much to do now ...all you can do is try but with [b]evidence[/b]

That was a really big 3 page reply from HO they repeatedly used the word deception and now he is on a one year ban or 5 yr or 10 yr you all know how the ban works .... what i was thinking is when the 1 yr ban ends can he come back to uk on work permit or hsmp visa or student again like is that possible or is it just spouse or as a dependent ....let me know urgently plus after reading HO letter its really scary mates i hope i could put all the text here but how its all A4 ....anyone intrested give me a hint

Any issue of deception does hinder your chances for future visas, all you need to do is luck when next you apply as you have tainted your immigration record with that issue. Good Luck.

at this time when the application is still under consideration and no decision has been made can a person withdraw his application from HO ...if yes how cheers

I know only 40-50 student was studying their but 500 students apply for PSW.

Insted of sorting out 40-50 students they resfuse all of them. I know home office ban for 1 year but after 1 year its very difficult to geting visa.

When you will apply for visa after 1 year. They will check your previous record (this person provide fake doc) and they will not give visa and they will find some excuse to reject the visa.

I will go for appeal, I am not saying I will win but I will fight.

If you check college website college still offering same course.

SECOND if this college was not offering this course then no one willing to buying fake papers. people only provideing fake paper when actual course exist in college.

No one stupid that they provide fake doc without college offering that course.

If any one trying to withdraw their applictaion now they will not let any one to withdraw their appliaction.

One of my friend tried this but case worker refuse to do this.

If any one know any update then please let me know.

I am in same situation like you. I got my rejection on 22nd. But I am going to fight against this decesion. Because I wrote exam, attended classes. they haven't got right to refuse.

Hope everyone Okkkk. I will apply for appeal next week (yes i know i have 10 days for appeal).

One thing more when any one go for appeal, You have to proof that this PGD was exist in college. If we prove this then its good chance to win.

This time we have to help each other.

One thing I don't understand that they ban for some students and some students don't have any Ban.

It's not a matter of fighting, it's the large scale fraud and deception involved that will hinder the success of most of the 'students' who applied through CCL. For the genuine students, I feel for you but it's going to be a tough one as the administrators of your college put you in this mess. If you bought the qualification and you are advocating for a full blown out case to prove your 'supposed' innocence, then I really don't know what to say to you but don't let nemesis catch up with you.
