Hi,

I am new to this website and appreciate indeed for any reply.

In August 2008, I signed the contract with my employer that my starting date is 1st of September 2008. However, I sent out my Tier1(PSW) application only at the end of July 2008, so it seems very likely it can be returned in the middle of September.


Does anyone have the experience of starting to work while the visa is in processing?
