Minimum visa period required to re-enter UK

right now I am on TIER 1 (POST-STUDY WORK). My visa expire on coming Feb 20th. I have to go back home for an urgent family matter.

Is there any problem in the airport when I re-enter if my visa expire with in 3 week ?

Although there r no rules that stop you from re entering the country but you should expect some rigorous questioning, for example your plans of extending your visa etc.
