180days rule

Post by nsk14 » Tue Sep 10, 2019 11:51 am

Hi Vinny
My husband is on tier2 general UK visa since January 2016. I got my dependent visa in June 2017 and joined him immediately. I came to my country for my delivery in march 2019 and will be leaving in November 2019. How will it affect my ILR status? My husband will apply in 2020 December for ILR.
Kindly reply. Thanks in advance

The 180 days absence limit applies only to those who hold visas issued on or after 11th January 2018!!

Thank you for the quick reply. So does that mean I am eligible for ILR in 2022?

Thank you. Also I had another doubt. Since I am staying in India for more than 6 months on tier 2 dependent visa, should I get a TB medical test done again/police verification/ any other official work or present any documents at immigration on entering UK?
