Change of Employer - New COS

Hello..,

Currently on Tier2 General Visa from a company, and got a new job and if the new company is giving a new COS from new Employer will i need to pay for the COS?
As company mentioned a portion of the COS i need to pay, is it how it works since am changing the COS?
As for the initial COS do not remember paying anything..

please guide..

That is between you and your employer. Nothing to do with the immigration rules.

The company I work for charges for a CoS for tier 5 GAE.
