I had enter UK with my wife in Jan 2013 as Tier 2 ICT and later my converted her Dependent visa to Tier2 General visa in Aug 15 with fresh entry clearance. I then moved to Tier 2 dependent on Nov 15 within UK
My wife Visa is due in Aug 2020 which is 5 years completion
As a dependent of Tier 2 general to ILR i checked the rules as
Your partner may qualify if all of the following apply:
they have permission to be in the UK as your partner
they’ve been living in the UK with you for at least 2 years if they applied before 9 July 2012 or 5 years if they applied on or after 9 July 2012
your relationship is genuine
you intend to continue living together
you have enough income to support yourselves and your dependants
you’re not using public funds
pass the Life in the UK Test
meet the English language requirements
So my query is
Will I be eligible to apply for ILR in Aug 2020 to need to wait till nov to complete 5 years on this dependent visa. As per The above guidelines, I have been in UK for more than 5 years as partner (mix of ICT and Tier2 general) and meet the other criteria as well.

You cannot combine ICT main visa holder time with tier 2 dependent time to make up 5 years.
