Additional info:
-After 10 working days (17.08.2018), I requested an update, using the email address provided on the checklist document and also called UKVI contact centre. They escalated the case and sent me an email with the UPS tracking number on Tuesday 21.08.18.
-The IHS was partially refunded on Friday 17.08.2018 but appeared on my account on 21.08.2018. They also refunded the IHS overlap with my previous visa.

Finally received my visa. It was sent by UPS which is a bit stressful as someone has to be present to sign it and you don’t know what time it’s coming!
