In case of T2 General, how many points I will have what are my chances. It’s bit worrying. I haven’t heard anything from the Immigration Law firm
You will get 75 points. Considering all is well with your RLMT, you should be fine don't worry.
Hi Friends, Quick follow-up question. I spoke to the Immigration firm just a while back. Apparently HO requested for some additional information and the deadline for submission was end of day 10. Though the law firm provided the information electronically before the deadline. The information didnt reach HO due to technical issues. However, the documents have been physically sent and received by HO today. In such situation, what are the chances of getting the RCOS this month?

Good afternoon, guys. According to the official statistics to be successful for RCoS purposes you need to have 46 points. 20 advertisement of your position and 26 points is your salary.
What salary I should have to be scored with 26 points - £46,000?
At their guidelines they just state • £50,000 – £54,999.99: 30 points £45,000 – £49,999.99: 25 points
There is no sum for 26 points.
So, the salary should be £46,000?
[/quote
See if for a Milk around candidate RLMT - 30 Points and additional points will be added as per the salary range , So milk around candidate with 36K salary will succeed if guidelines with 46 points , so Non milk around candidate will get 20 on RLMT and so if the salary is with 45 to 49 k then they will get 25 points.
If we are talking not about the Milk around candidates, actually I don't understand the logic. According to the official statistics, the minimal point is 46 for April. What salary it should be then? If 50,000 ponds than it is not 46, but 50 points, if 49,999 pounds it is 45 points, but still not 46 points.
So, what salary it should be for 46 points?

In last month one of my employee with £49k was rejected and one of my employee got approval with £50k so going by that stat I think £50k is 46 points

Hi Team,
Good evening.. I am bit confused related to Rcos point allocation based on Salary.
Do they consider the base salary or total compensation (base+ variable pay) which does not include flexi components.
Suppose base salary is 48k and total compensation is 50k (base + variable pay note: flexi pay not jncluded).so, the eligible points would be 25 or 30 based on Salary.
Kindly guide me if anyone is able to assist then it would be great help.
Thanks

What I understand: 46 pt is anything <50k refused
I got this from weblink removed by moderator
It is a bit old but tght sharing.
Which states :
In January 2018, demand for Restricted Certificates of Sponsorship (“RCoS”) again exceeded the number available in the monthly quota. With only 1,651 CoS available, a large number of RCoS applications from licenced sponsors were refused.
In order to be successful in January 2018, RCoS applications needed to score a minimum of 46 points, meaning RCoS requests for salaries below £50,000 per annum were rejected.

CoS isnt really about you or your offer its about the position that the comany posted for 28 days and couldnt fill and thus are now looking internationally.
A company is supposed to advertise for 28 days and then apply for a COS Then select an international candidate and assign the COS to that candidate. Granted the number of people on this thread tends to indicate that it works differently in practice but being aware of how its setup to work should help to understand how to answer your question. In short its likely 48k. But its more about what the company listed at for the 28 days then what they are offering you.

Thank you Dauk for the update. That's really informative I got your point..so, if the company posted the job before 28 days with a higher salary like 50k plus then the Cos request will get 30 points for that then even they offer you less salary (around 48k) .
Please correct me if I am wrong.. sorry to bother you again.

There is not positive news from my research on Google. No news in today, I feel I am losing the hope, this month is the last time to attempt. 45points.. company will re apply on the market. But, it takes a long time and unhappy.. we are in the same boat and we are unlucky. I hope everyone will get a good news in this week..

Thank you for your reply! My company applied for Sponsor license, CoS and all the paperwork by their own. They have done so much for me. We didn't hear anything back from HO after the email, so didn't know if the documents has reached or not. Today they called but HO only told us to wait till end of this week - (their email) it can take up to one week after May 11th for all applications to be processed and we should receive a notification either way.
Really hope things will go well.

you should be very hopeful at 60 ! the higher the cap got was to 60 on march and it was the month with the least quotas ! I can't see a reason why you don't get it if RLMT was done properly
