So looks like there's been no policy change from the HO despite lots of news coverage about tier 2 problems in the past 2 weeks.

Applying for the 4th time with 42 points and no hopes:). Only a miracle (Policy change) can save yous if you are under 50k.

I am a new graduate with 35k as a base pay and 5k as flex allowance - will it be counted as 40k?
Also I heard that graduates who got RLMT through Milkround get extra points. If its a graduate position at BP does it mean it's likely to be through Milkround?
