Need Advice in Tier 2 ICT to Tier-2 General

Hi,

I was working in UK from Oct 2017 till Oct 2019 on ICT Tier 2 Long term visa through my Indian company. I returned to India on 19th Oct 2019 and my work permit expired on 22nd Oct 2019. I am planning to initiate my visa again under tier-2 general category as my cleint is ready to provide CoS and sponser my Visa.

Is there any colling off period in this scenario.
Any other constraints that should be considered before switching to Tier-2 general ?

12 months cooling off from the date you left the UK if not a shortage occupation code.

You are not "switching", which is a process within the uk. You are applying for a new entry clearance visa and must meet all the requirements, including rlmt if non shortage occupation job.

Thanks for the immediate response. Jost one more query, If am travelling to UK in Business visa (Which i already got from my Indian company) to my client location, Will it impact my cooling period. Will the last stay day changes due to this Visa?.
