I had Tier 2 General Visa in UK valid until 2012 and expired

In 2018 i had my tier2 ict and expires on Nov'2020. In current tier 2 general visa also there is criteria of cooling period post my visa expiry.

My Question

With new visa system announce how can i ensure i can get back my tier 2 general visa is there any way ?

I want tier 2 general visa. What i need to do , please help.

My assignment ends in June but i can extend if require till november to my visa validity.

12 months cooling off applies to you before you can apply for tier 2 general.

It is ONLY an announcement. There is no new system as yet and no rules or guidance yet. This is likely only going to be in place late this year or early next year.

It does not mean cooling off period will be removed either.
