Switching from Tier 2 dependant to Tier 2 general after being on Tier2 ICT

Hi Guys

Need some advise urgently, will really appreciate the help.

I have recently switched to Tier 2 dependant from Tier 2 ICT main applicant.My current company is now ready to sponsor me general visa. Can I switch to Tier 2 general visa now or is there any cooling off period which will apply to me since I was holding ICT visa. Thanks in advance.

12 month cooling off still applies. You need 12 months on dependent visa before you can apply for a tier 2 general visa from your home country.
