Tier 2 Dependant work VISA Permit in Isle of man

Hello,
My wife is in london with Tier 2 dependant VISA from June 2019. She got an offer from Isle of man. I have few queries, could someone please help:
1. Can she work there?
2. If yes, Can she take a flat on rent there( Living there may change her country of residence)?
3. Which country tax she need to pay ? (Britain / Isle of man)?
4. Is there any affect on her current UK dependant VISA if she works more than 180 days Isle of man?

Please help.

She needs a work permit to work in the Isle of Man.

Thanks fro the response. Company is providing work permit as that is mandatory there. but is this affect her UK dependant VISA?
